In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships and connecting with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire top technical talent for various roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluation criteria.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback, and ensuring ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successful technical placements.
Strong understanding of technical roles, requirements, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other recruitment areas, such as non-technical roles or executive search.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Certifications in recruitment, such as AIRS, CIR, or CDR.
