Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships and connecting with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire top technical talent for various roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback, and ensuring ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successful technical placements.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, requirements, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other recruitment areas, such as non-technical roles or executive search.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certifications in recruitment, such as AIRS, CIR, or CDR.
